I want to register my game but it says i need to sign up for a sims3.com account.
I try to register the account and it takes my email and pw but then says i must register for the sims3 community.
so I type in a username and select "i agree to the terms of use etc etc" and click sign up
the page just reloads and says i still need to register for the sims3 community as if I hadn't done anything.
doesn't say error or anything at all, just sort of acts like it didn't happen.
I also notice that during this process i'm not signed in to my sims3.com account, and when I try to sign into that it takes me to the same sign up page that keeps reloading itself...
If I had to guess at what the issue is I'd say the sign up link on that page is old/bugged and reroutes to itself as a result

Try a different browser. I suggest IE or Firefox.

Wonder if it's broken again.
Get in touch with a game advisor to see if they know anything
Game advisors can be found through live chat.
