can i still play a disk without the 16 digit code?

I bought monte vista and hidden springs about 4 years ago, but never played them. I opened them some 3 years ago and lost the code. Can I still download and open the two games without my 16 digit code?

@Angelbabyandmom  MV and HS are worlds and as such they are sims 3 store items. You need the code(s) to activate the worlds in the store purchase history and from there you download and install the world(s). It is important to use game codes as soon as possible to prevent someone else spoofing the codes. If you didn't buy the worlds from EA, EA has is no way to verify that you made the purchase (through Origin purchase history). As you can obtain worlds with sim points the disc is generic and does not provide any proof of purchase. Once you redeem the code for worlds, those worlds are placed in your store account purchase history for download.
