Hi, i bought the sims world adventures for PC a while back off of Amazon.com and i added my code to origin and it appeared there, but i am currently using a mac and i cant seem to download and install it to my mac. then off of origins, i bought it again to be able to have it for the mac. but still the only option i get is to "play" no download and no install. also when i do press play, nothing happens 
Sounds like left over installed files. Can't really tell you where they are on macs.

If those don't help, I would suggest posting in the mac forum at thesims3.com (make sure your language is set to US): http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/forums/show/205.page since macs are not well covered on the AnswerHQ.
