buying stuff with sims points

i  payed for 5000 sims points and i purchase 2 world sunlit tides and hidden springs and when i went to go play after i purchased and installed then it didnt show up and showed the 2 world like i had to pay for them.... whats going on?

try scrolll down abit in the worlds list to see if the bought ones show up there as it does sometimes show at the top buy when the bought and installed ones are further down in the list and or try crrins tip here turn off the in game store  http://sims3.crinrict.com/en/2013/05/ingame-store.html

and then try relaunch the game and check the list again
