Worlds Bundle will not install, trying to uninstall all other expansions

I recently bought the Worlds Bundle at Target. I downloaded them onto my computer, went to the Sims 3 website and redeemed the code. I tried to download it from there and the game tried to uninstall all of my other expansions instead of installing the store content. I am seriously at a loss. I have spent a lot of money on the Sims and would really appreciate it if someone could PLEASE help me through the downloading process.
