Where is my copy of The Sims 3 Town Life?

I signed up for the sims anniversary give-away of The Sims 3 Town Life.  I waited the 72 hours (more than that actually) and the game still hasnt shown up on my origin account.

Mine seemed to get lost also. I went to purchase the TL pack and the cost was $0. I proceeded through the checkout and the game appeared in Origin for download.
