Where are my simpoints?

I just bought the midnight hollow voodoo simpoint bundle with my money from 2 ea cash cards but it says on my account that I only have 3505 simpoints when I should have 5000. Now I can't buy midnight hollow. Can someone help me?

if any taxes were due depending on where you line the tax gets deducted from the cash card balance  mine is usually $1:70 BUT what might have happened is somehow you may have been charged 500 simpoints for the 3 bonus clothing items in the bundle contact CS
