Where are my expansion packs and why aren't they downloading? [ Edited ]

I recently bought another expansion pack for The Sims 3, The Sims 3 Seasons to be specific, off of Amazon. I bought the Online Game Code edition, except I believe I've made a mistake. I use Origin for all of my The Sims 3 needs, but it must've updated since the last time I did this. I put in the download code, right where the heading said "Redeem Code", but I never clicked "View in Library". How do I begin the downloading process? There's no "Library" option to use.

make sure you logging into the right account if you have more than one account  please take not the layout of the game has changed in Origin if your games are missing after that contact CS
