I've a old account on the sims store that I registered my Sims 3 game to. After a while didn't I use the account so I can't use it now but that's not the problem. The problem is that I want to register my Sims 3 code to my new account but I can't figure out how to take back the registration from the old account. I've tried to contact EA but I'm not willing to sit in a phone queue for 200 minutes and I can't mail them.. help?

Unfortunatley you cant email them, you need to use chat or call back. This forum is for players helping players  so we can't help when it comes to any account changes
