I took my household to university (3 siblings, one cousin, and the cousin's boyfriend). On the Thursday before their finals, they would all stop their actions, as if I had reset them, except I hadn't. Their university performance had decreased instantly, even though it was all at the top of the bar. Soon after I realised that the cousin had lost all her relationships from home, including her parents and brothers and sisters. Also, she was all alone on her family tree, and the image of her was a ghost version, but she looked completely normal off the family tree. I thought that the problem would go away once they went home, but on the loading screen to return to Bridgeport, it just stopped loading at a certain point along the bar, and I waited hours for it to load, but it didn't. Are there any solutions to this problem?
