Unable to upload individual sims to the exchange

I've been having trouble uploading sims for a few days, but I have been able to upload families. 

When I try to upload the launcher displays a "no" symbol.

I've used some store content for the sims I'm trying to upload, but no custom content.

Not sure if I have same problem but when I click on a lot in the exchange even my own creations, I get an error message and on the first page it says it was created by booknovice which is you lol. My main issue is ambitions wont load to launcher but saw your post and you never know it may all be connected
