Transferring my Sims 3 Expansion packs onto another computer

I was getting rid of my old laptop in which all of my Sims games were on. I downloaded Origin and logged in and the only game that was in My Games was the base game. I re-downloaded that thinking that once I did, my other games would appear so I could download them? I really need to get my games onto my new laptop, how do I do it?

@missmik4794 Did you check the extra content in Origin? If the expansion packs do not appear in the extra content you have to activate the packs in Origin. Any new installation or reinstall must be activated in Origin.
