I received a new computer and would like to transfer my Sims games to it. My new computer does not have a CD/DVD drive. I bought the games several years ago and do not remember if they were registered. I do not see them on my Origin account. When I try to register them on the Sims3.com site I receive the message that the code is invalid. How can I play my games on the new computer?

Get in touch with a customer support game advisor. They can tell you if the games were registered
