The sims 3 starter pack

I recntly purched the sims 3 starter pack and installed it but i t didnt install properly so i unintalled it but evertime i place the disc in the drive origin pop saying i used the code allready what can i do

When Origin pops-up, do you login with the same username/email you used for the first installation ? Does the game show up there ? Does it say Download, Install or Play on Origin ?
