'The licence limit for this product has been reached'

 Hi, today I purchased Island Paradise and world adventures from origin. I downloaded Island paradise and went to play it, and the message popped up saying, 'The licence of this product has been reached.'  Does this mean I need my licence renewed? How do I do that? Please help, I'm dying to play this game! thanks
