The game stop running and it closes [ Edited ]

Everytime I play the sims 3 the game stop running and it closes without a reason. Sometimes occur when I'm creating my sim and sometimes just happen without a reason or a warning.

Try updating your graphics drivers. Yours are from 2013.

I did it, but the game keeps failing.

You mean the update of the drivers is failing or does the game still crash ?

Are you using custom content or mods in your game ?

I just have some objects from the store, I don't know if it's custom content or not.

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.
