The code than came with my game has already been redeemed

I just bought sims 3 Dragon Valley. I just took it out of the sealed case and tried to install it, when when it asked for a code, I tried to put in the one that came in my case and it told me that the code had already been redeemed!!! What do I do? I paid for the game so if I can't install it, I will be extremely upset. Please help!

if you redeemd the code in origin firs you may get that mesaage the code needs to be redeemed on the sims 3 account

fyi just in case  world is not an expansion or stuff pack it is a world the code is redeemed on the sims 3 account then download from the sims 3 purchase history then installed the world once download and installed will be in the main menu +new game to select the world to play in, they will still play from whatever game that is used to launch and play
