The Sims3-Hidden Springs registration

Hello,

I received The Sims3 and expansion pack Hidden Springs.  I registered The Sims3 just fine, however registering the Hidden Springs not so easy.  It is asking for a 5 segment  registration code and mine only hast 4 segments, and consequently is invalid.  Any Help with this would be appreciated.  It was purchase in Canada if that is any help

Hidden Spring is not a game so you don't register it but redeem it from the Sims 3 Store. >ou can redeem the code here:
