My sims game has been working great for the past few months and than when I just get it crashes than this thing pops up saying "Sims is not working "

It's pissing me off. It's been skipping ths theme song and all that and I really don't know what to do. Can I talk to a real EA advisor ?

• At what point does your game crash ? Any regularities ?
• How long can you usually play ?
• Which EP/SPs do you have installed ?
