The Sims 3 world adventure ISO not working [ Edited ]

The sims 3 world adventure I bought as a game down load on iTunes! It doesn't save my process im playing and once I down size the app I have to start a whole new game on top of it not allowing me to be the sun female I want cause when it starts im a freaking male and it doesn't save anything on the 7 save slots please help????
