I'm having the same issue only that it has been like this since last night. Nothing has been fixed for hours. This is frustrating.

@hpoole14 Just to confirm, did you get a chance to test out the steps below:

1. Open Internet Explorer 11 (not Edge)
2. Go to Tools - Internet options - Advanced
3. Select 'Reset' and check the box 'Delete personal Settings'
4. Restart IE

I went ahead and tried the steps that were indicated before for IE(I have a Windows 7 so Edge isn't an issue) but I'm still unable to log in on the Sims Launcher. I can log in to the Sims 3 website but am unable to log in there.

As I said, I went ahead and tried the steps for resetting IE 11, even doing it twice and restarting my computer, but it just isn't working. Any way this can be resolved?

@D_deadly2019 You need to download and install the version 1.67 super patch.
