The Sims 3 website will not open Product Gallery. Error message does pop up.....

The error message that comes up in my FireFox browser says: "The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.". I cannot get into the Product Gallery because of this error and the Origin page won't load anything either. I want to buy a stuff pack but I want to know what they come with and see them and I can't because of this. If it still happens by Friday I will not be buying any products through Origin, problems happen all the time. HELP!
