The Sims 3 used

3 I orderd tthe Sims 3 on ebay used (crazy I know), anyway the product code has already been used by the previous owner and I understand it is a code for one person use only now. Is there a way I could get this to work? Do I have to pay 10 or something for a digital manual with a new regerstration code or not?

second hand used games if the previous owner registered the code/s to their account the code is tied to that account and are non transferable nor can they be reregestired to another accountyou could try get your money back from the seller on ebay

the best thing to do is to contact CS directly to see if they  can  or cannot sell you a code
