The Sims 3 logged me out and unable to log back in [ Edited ]

Hi,

I am unable to play Sims 3.

Last time I played it, the game wouldn't connect to the servers, stating one of the servers weren't working.  It logged me out of the game, and when I tried to log back in, the game was asking for the sims 3 serial key to activate it but I am unable to locate my serial key presently.

Origin shows that I have 0 points and only one game in my library. Its like all my sims have disappeared on there. But They are located in my computer.

The files appear in the Programs directory, so I am at a loss.

Any help would be much appreciated.

@van202 Did the game ever appear in Origin? If you login into Oigin - right click the game icon - scroll down and click extra content - do any expansion packs show as owned? Did the game and packs eveer show in Origin?
