If you're on a laptop, you usually can't upgrade to a card. They are how they are.

Try lowering the settings to see if that helps you.
There might be some tricks out there that you can use to make it stop. Some people are successful with system restores and other cleaning computer methods.
Can't help you with those though cause, that's getting to techie for me.
If you need a second opinion, post at the tech forum of the official forum. Many tech savy people there.
