My game keeps freezing and crashing. I just got this laptop so I know that is not that. My laptop has 8 gb of RAM and 1 terabyte of memory so I know it has plenty of space. Also sometimes when I go to save my game it says I can't and gives me an error 12. Someone please help me all I want to do is play my Sims 3 without any problems.

According to your specs, your graphic chip is below specs. You only have 64 MB of dedicated Memory (should be 128 MB).
Do you know if you also have a graphic card in there ?
For the moment, try lowering your graphic setttings.
Good Luck

Have a look here for details on lowering your settings: https://help.ea.com/article/lowering-your-graphics-settings-in-the-sims-3
The graphics card question is difficult when you have an integrated card, because it's usually built into your processor/motherboard, so you can't just take it out and buy a better one. I'm afraid you'll have to wait for someone with more computer knowledge to come along and help you with that one.
