I was able to talk to an advisor, but they weren't able to figure out the problem and told me it was a glitch... Waiting for the glitch to magically fix itself and going to try speaking with an advisor again in a few days if the issue doesn't resolve itself.

Yeah, don't let them get away that easily.
It should be in your purchase history to download or the code should work.
