I tried to register my game but the code in the case from the store only has four parts of the code and not five for the boxes and when I try to enter the four-part code it says it is wrong why????

Right now I'm trying to redeem my code for Dragon Valley. But it keeps telling me that it has already been used. When I try and redeem it from the installation side, it throws an error before telling me it is already used. And when I try and redeem it from the site side it tells me that it is already used as well. Please help!

@CSyde65 If the code has been used before, it can't be registered a second time, even in the same account. Please clear your browser cache (or use a private window, or a different browser), login to the store site again, go to the Dragon Valley product page, and see whether you can in fact download it:

If you can, then it's already registered, and you have nothing to worry about. Otherwise, please contact EA customer support for help. Support is on limited hours right now due to the current situation, with phone calls entirely unavailable, and live chat only open from 9 am to midnight GMT, Monday through Saturday.
