So before i had a differnt email and password which i dont remmember and than i downloaded sim 3 and it says origin is not connected. so than i tryed to put my game code and it says the code has been used but i dont think i used this code. What do i do ? Please help me .

you'll need to contact CS to assist with lost/forgotten details and they can assist with mergeing your accounts as the code is tied to your first account

1. click on the blue link
2.choose your product in the search menu after that click on next
3 select your platform pc, android , wii...etc click next
4 choose topic in the search menu for example billing/purchase then in the menu that apperars under that type in something about the issue for example overcharge click next
5 click the orange live chat to chat with an advisor
