Hi
I bought this game for my daughter through JB Hifi in Hamilton, NZ. We get the following error message when registering the game through the Sims 3 website.
The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit.
How do I get hold of the help center?

I, like the original poster of the thread topic have the same problem. TheSerial Code is valid, but The Sims 3 Exchange does not accept it as valid.
I have three Expansion packs like this and this continues to be an ongoing problem.

the only people who can assist is the CS reps as it can involve access to your account and possibly personal information
