Suitability of my Mac for Sims 3 Download

Hi, I want to download sims 3 for my Mac, the version is fine and I have enough space
However, I have absolutely no clue if my video card/graphics etc are suitable
When i get my Mac overview up next to graphics it says 'Interl Iris Pro 1024MB' 
.. I have no idea what this means, will i be able to play the game?

These are the video card requirements for the Mac version of The Sims 3:

ATI X1600 or Nvidia 7300 GT with 128 MB of Video RAM, or Intel Integrated GMA X3100.

So, yes you should be fine with the Intel Iris Pro.
