Every time I open the launcher it says new store content patch available. I click yes and it downloads contentpatch, the first time it was 0000, 0001 and so on up to 0007. Now when I open the launcher it just does 0000 and 0007 but doesn't seem to install anything. How can I fix this issue?

I've had the same issue.
Finally today it worked.
Delete the folder with the downloads and try again today.

Not the download folder. Delete the contentpatch folder.
That should trigger the patch again.
