Sims3 After reinstalling the game the uploads will not show up on the Exchange

After the game crashed so I reinstalled the game again the launcher tells me its uploaded but when I go to my sims page nothing shows up any ideas?(yes there's custom content)

Try if something uploads that doesn't have custom content.
