i just bought the sims medieval and the gamestop receipt told me to go to origin to redeem my code so i did. then it told me i couldnt redeem it on origin i had to go to the sims 3 website so i did i made an account and i registered it but now i dont know how to download it.

do you have origin downloaded to the computer ? if so from the desktop/screen click on the origin shortcut-open  log in to the origin with the email and password you used for your account then find the game icon in your my games tab  right click the game icon download
