Sims game launcher wont let me log in.

When i bring up the Sims 3 game launcher and try to log into my account it lets me put in my email addressand my password but after i press ok the screen goes blank for a second and then it takes me back to the non logged in Sims game launcher screen. I downloaded the game through Origin.

Try resetting your internet explorer to factory settings.
