Sims Wont Launch at all

Every time when I open up the game or even download anything to it then it comes up with the launcher is not responding and it stays like that every time. My game is up to date and I have all the expansions and 2 of the stuff packs. Can anyone please help me so I can play this game.

If you are usining bitdefender anti virus you need to remove bitdefender it conflicts with the game.

Is this a desktop computer or laptop?

per the system requirements it's your graphcs card that is the issue. It wont play the game

see link on video cards. AMD 42XX is intergraded age it states it will maybe play the base game and nothing else.

I got adesktop computer and I also have a Radeon HD 4250 and its not on the link.

I was able to play it before this happened.
