Sims 3

When I go to play The Sims 3 and it's at the main menu when you can click any world to play, a popup says "Disc Authorization Failure" and when I click the check it exits me out. I've had my disc authorized a couple times now but it won't go away. My disc is valid, but how do I make this stop? Please help.
