Sims 3

Hi,

I bought Sims 3 for my daughter's birthday. I tried to install it on my old PC but the PC spec wasn't good enough.

I have now loaded it on to my Laptop and cannot get it to register as it say the game has been redeemed. I have followed the uninstall instructions on the PC but cannot get this to work when I enter the code.

You don't need to register the game again. Login with the account you've registered it first and install from there.
