Sims 3

I just downloaded Showtime (Sims 3) and when I went to launch it, it started to load but when the open launcher for sims 3 opened, the icon did not show up on the bottom. what is wrong? I have a mac by the way!

i'm not a mac user hope something in this thread can help you and there is an active mac forum on the sims 3 site
