Sims 3 wont download my CC

Okay, so i was re-installing my expansion packs so then i paused one cause i wanted  download CC from the resource sims 3 website or whatever. and it usually works fine but I dragged and dropped the files to the  downloads folder and went to the the sims3 launch or w.e and tried to download it to my game and it says wont download and something about ea and the server and internet connection. and more stuff if it persist vist the site given which was ea.com blah blah blah. and now im here

never i found and solved the problem
