Sims 3 starter pack

I bought the sims 3 starter pack and was able to redeem the games and have them show up on my orgin account however sims 3 shows that I can playbut it never downloaded or installed. Whenever I click play it tells me that I have to insert a disk. The other expansion packs are downloaded but obviously can't be installed without the sims 3 base game. Is there any way to redownload the Sims 3 game, or get it to install correctly?
