So I tried installing a digital copy of sims 3 seasons and it said that I needed to enter the serial code. I know the serial code is on the confirmation email, but a couple days ago I wiped my email clean because I had over one thousand unread emails. I can't seem to find any option to resend that email on the sims 3 website or the origin downloader. I tried live chat already and it felt like I was talking to a machine. Can someone please tell me what I can do? I really want to play seasons.!

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.
If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
