Sims 3 saying i have already redeemed a code

My sims 3 game is saying i have already redeemed a code i have just recently bought and when i first entered it my browser froze and when refreshing an re entering i keep receiving that message

Download the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download then login with the account you redeemed the game on and you should find the game in my games to download and install.
