I have two accounts. On each of them I have a new expansion pack I cannot open because I get the error message "Unable to start The Sims 3 launcher." I play on a PC.
I don't know if this has anything to do with it but when I used the game codes, I accidentally put them both in one account. I chatted w/a service rep who moved "Late Night" to my other account. After that I started getting the message. I had not previously previously played using those two downloads, so I don't know if that's when the problem started.
I'd appreciate any assistance.
