My daughter had Sims3 for xmas, then developed a virus on her laptop. We had the laptop de-bugged. My daughter has tried to reload the Sims game & product code but it declines saying it is already in use. Is ther any way of overcoming this.A friend who is very computor literate has attempted but failed. my daughter had purchased 2 add odd games which she is unable to use without the Sims3. As you can imagine at age 11yrs and having saved extremely hard she is very disappointed, as am i, that she is unable to utilise them.
Please help, she hasn't got another £30 to purchase another game, neither do I.
I hope for a speedy resolution )

With serial codes stating they're invalid, you most likely will have to contact EA, they can be found here: https://help.ea.com/contact-us
Please keep in mind that if you bought the game off Origin, it is AUTOMATICALLY registered FOR YOU!
