Sims 3 pets not opening

So my mom accidentally deleted all of my Sims download. I have high end loft, late night and pets. So I downloaded them but there were glitches. So then I finally got high end loft and late night working but the Sims pets said it was downloaded and it said play, then when I clicked on it it wont open! Everything else works fine. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Try uninstalling following the instructions here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:TS3_Uninstall

Then install again.

It says that it is already uninstalled but the button says play. (I downloaded it off of origin)
