Sims 3 not downloading worlds

I try and download worlds of the exchange on the sims3 website and nothing happens at all. I have uninstalled all games and reinstalled and have all of the updates but nothing is working.

What browser are you using ? Have you tried a different one ? Do you have troubles with any other Store items as well or just the worlds ?

Hi. As in Internet explorer and yes its everything on the exchange. I don't know why it is doing it. I get game updates from the start up window if that may help.

Have you tried using save as instead of directly adding the worlds to your game ?

Have you tried Firefox or Google Chrome ?
