Sims 3 need CD for start

1. I have bought the game online, so I have no CD 

2. I have a new e-mailadress and new PC
    So i when i want to install/download I am asked for a CD

What am i supposed to do?

If you are trying to download your game from Origin  client and you are asked for a CD this is strange well first re-install origin if it does not work change your email whit your new email follow the instructions in this page on how to do that https://help.ea.com/article/how-to-change-your-origin-account-s-email-address if nothing works then 

For this you will need to contact Origin/EA support they will gladly help you whit this problem https://help.ea.com/en/origin go here press contact as give information press I still need help at the bottom of the page and then press start live chat and you will get a live chat whit an EA agent that will be glad to help you
