When I bought the Sims 3 on the 07.06.14, I installed it on to my laptop, played it for a few hours and havent been on it since. I have gone back to play it again today and it now isnt working. I have tried to re-enter the codes but they havent worked, I have also tried restoring my laptop after updates and that hasn't worked. My origin account isn't even showing that I have played the game before, does anyone know how I can solve this issue?
