I just purchased the Sims 3 high end loft stuff and when I was installing the product I encountered a problem. I did not recieve the product code when I purchased the game. In my confirmation email all I recieved was an order number. When I went to my orgin account and looked up my order history the product code was not there. I cannot play the game that I just bought because Orgin did not give me all the required information. Please help. Thank you.

check your emails again in case the code was sent separately also just in case the junk/spam folder too if you still have no code after that then you wll need to contact CS as only they can deal with code issues

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
